Removal from Class by Instructor (excerpt from AP 5520 Student Discipline Procedures)
An instructor may remove a student from his or her class when the student has interfered with the instructional process.

• The duration of the removal shall be for the day of the removal and the next class meeting.
• The instructor shall immediately report the removal to the department Dean who will then immediately notify the Dean of Students.
• Records of removal by the instructor will be retained by the Dean of Students.

• Student Conduct Suspension Letter
