- High school graduates
or
Individuals in possession of a California high school proficiency certificate, certificate of completion
- Persons at least 18 years of age who may profit from instruction
or
Concurrently enrolled 11th and 12th grade high school students (download, print, complete and submit the high school student authorization form)
If you are a graduating high school senior concurrently enrolled at Citrus College and plan to attend the subsequent term, you will need to file a Change of Status - High School Student to First-Time Freshman form. Submit a target letter confirming your graduation date from your high school if you are not 18 years old by the first day of instruction.
According to state (ED49061) and federal (FERPA) regulations, parents of a community college student do not have a right to access their child's student records, regardless of whether the student is under the age of 18.

Application Procedure
There is no charge to submit an application for admission.
Continuing Students (currently enrolled students) do not reapply.
All new and former students apply for admission and submit your application online through WingSpan. This will begin the application process.
After you submit your completed application, you will receive a "Welcome to Citrus College" e-mail (please add "citruscollege.edu" to your list of email contacts). That e-mail you receive will include important information, such as your Student ID Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
For your convenience, computers are available in the Admissions and Records Office
and other areas on campus allowing access to theCitrus College web site, including WingSpan.
