Owls Clinch 4th WSC South Title in 5 Years
Bakersfield, CA (Men’s Basketball) -- The Citrus College Men’s Basketball team claimed their fourth outright Western State Conference South Division championship in five years on Saturday night at Bakersfield College. The Owls defeated the host Renegades 94-81, giving the Owls the conference crown with two games to go.Full article »

Bakersfield, CA (Women’s Basketball) -- The Citrus College Women’s Basketball stumbled on the road on Saturday night falling to host Bakersfield College 75-64. It’s the third straight loss for the Owls, and fourth in their last six.Full article »

San Bernardino, CA (Baseball) -- The Citrus College Baseball team exploded for 15 runs on Friday afternoon in a 15-2 win over host San Bernardino Valley College. The Owls rolled up 17 hits and scored all 15 runs in four separate innings.Full article »

Glendora, CA (Softball) -- The Citrus College Softball team dropped an 11-4 home contest with State #6 Riverside Community College. The Owls fell in large part to the nightmare they had with Riverside’s leadoff hitter who went 4 for 5 with 6 RBI’s and three runs scored.Full article »

Walker Named CCCAA January Athlete of the Month
Glendora, CA (Men’s Basketball) -- Citrus College sophomore guard James Walker was named the California Community College Athletic Association January Male State Athlete of the Month late Thursday afternoon. It’s just the second time an Owl has earned the award since its inception in 2005, and the first since the Spring of 2007. It’s also the first time a male has won the honor for Citrus.Full article »
